Sample Rehearsal Schedule - The Banes of Darkwood
Rehearsal times are 3:15 to 4:30.Always let me know if you cannot attend rehearsal — in advance and in person. Remember that I will be attending most if not ALL rehearsals — This is a huge time commitment for me, and I expect the same from anyone else involved in the production.
Scene One - Heathcliff, Igor
Scene Two - Marjorie, Allison, Todd, Higgins, Fitzie, conductor, flowerwoman
Scene Three - Olga, Desdemona, Fenwick, Igor, Marjorie, Sylvia, Todd, Heathcliff, painting
Scene Four - Marjorie, Bruno, Heathcliff, Higgins, Fitzie, orchid
Scene Five - Lester, Desdemona,Todd, Bruno, Fitzie, Higgins, Sylvia, Igor, Fenwick,Heathcliff, Marjorie, Olga, villagers
Usually Scenes 1,2, and 4 will be rehearsed on Tuesdays. Scenes 3 and 5 will be rehearsed on Thursdays (occasionally on Wednesdays).
Starting April 16th, all actors will need to attend both rehearsals.
The number in parentheses indicates which scenes will be rehearsed on that day.
Please stick to the deadlines for memorizing your script. Good actors know their lines long before they are required to.
